MID-RANGE SAFARIS

Comfortable lodges, great game viewing, fair prices

The most popular way to see Kenya: well-located lodges and tented camps with en-suite rooms, full board, and plenty of time out in the parks with your driver-guide.

What a mid-range safari feels like

You stay in proper lodges and permanent tented camps, with private bathrooms, hot showers, good food and, often, a pool or a view over a waterhole. Days are built around morning and afternoon game drives, with time to rest in between.

Mid-range safaris can be shared or private. Many couples and families choose a private vehicle at mid-range lodges for the best balance of comfort, flexibility and price.
