How much does a Kenya safari cost?
Our safaris start from $650 per person for 3 days in the Masai Mara. Here’s what different styles cost and what changes the price.
Our starting prices
- Budget & group: 3-day Masai Mara from $650 per person, plus park fees
- Mid-range: 3-day Masai Mara from $950 per person
- Private 4×4: 6-day Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli from $2,450 per person
- Private classic: 8-day Kenya safari from $3,400 per person
- Luxury: 7-day luxury lodge safari from $4,900 per person
Per person sharing, based on two travellers.
What affects the price
- Accommodation: the biggest factor, from budget camps to luxury lodges.
- Shared or private vehicle: sharing splits the vehicle cost.
- Season: July to October and holidays cost more; April, May and November cost less.
- Park fees: charged per person per day, and highest in the Masai Mara.
- Group size: 4 to 6 people sharing a private vehicle brings the per-person price down.
- Extras: balloon flights, internal flights and beach extensions.
What is included in our prices

Frequently asked questions

Are your prices per person?
Yes, per person sharing a room, based on two travellers. Solo travellers can share on group safaris or pay a single supplement.
